Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL- NO RETURNS ALLOWED.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase (which we hope that you are) you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving.  You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

We ask that you return all items UNWORN, NO MARKS, UNWASHED with original tags still attached. Any item return to us without the original packaging and /or in bad condition, will be refused and returned to sender. Any indication on the products such as marks or signs of usage (i.e. perfume, deodorant, visible stains) will be refused and sent back to sender.

Upon receipt of the returned items, ALL item(s) will be inspected and if accepted you will receive your exchange or store credit. Your credit will process to the same credit card that was used originally within five business days.

To make a return simply contacts us at KKB Customer Care Service within three (3) days of delivery and let us know by sending email to Tarnisha@Kreativeklutches.com with:

  1. Customer Name
  2. Order Number
  3. Style Number
  4. Quantity & Color
  5. Reason for Return

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.KreativeKlutches.com . Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped out 3-4 business days, Monday-Friday excluding weekends or holidays. All Orders placed before 1pm EST will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 1pm EST will start processing for shipment the next business day. All orders that are placed on the weekend will begin processing on Monday as long as its not a holiday.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic orders can be shipped UPS Ground and USPS. Other shipping options can include the following at your request UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Air or UPS Next Day Air Saver. We currently do not ship outside the U.S.A. Please make note, UPS does not ship to P.O Boxes.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number may not be active until 24 hours of shipping.
