Shipping & Returns
Kreative Klutches will gladly authorize and accept returns of UNUSED merchandise within 10 days of receipt. Return items must be sent to KK via registered mail. All items must be returned in its original packaging with a copy of your receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment or an even exchange will be made. Please allow 3 weeks for your return to be processed.
PLEASE NOTE: SALE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED. EVEN EXCHANGES ONLY. ALL PURCHASES ON SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
KK guarantees against manufacturer’s defects within 30 days of purchase. Regular wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the merchandise is defected and were purchased from this site please contact us at

KK may cancel your order or any part of your order if an item is sold out or no longer in stock. KK will contact you via telephone or email to discuss your order before your order is processed.

Shipping Policy
We ship via UPS ground 5-7 business days, express orders 2-3 business days
Orders will be processed within 24 hours of payment
Currently shipping is only available in the Continental US (50 states)
Any items returned to KK after undeliverable attempts will be charged a re-shipping fee
Requests of 5 or more bags require 10 days of advance ordering
All orders placed will be charged Maryland standard taxes 5.00%
